Linebrook Church

What to Expect

We know that visiting a church for the first time can sometimes feel overwhelming. So here's what you can expect if you join us on a Sunday morning:

Each week we gather to praise God, thank him for his goodness, and share and care for concerns of the community. Our Sunday service is traditional with a strong emphasis on exposition—the thoughtful and careful consideration of the context and teaching of the Bible, and its application to our lives today.

We embrace our connection to Jesus’ teaching in the weekly recitation of the Lord’s prayer. We embrace our connection to the church that arose from Jesus’ teaching in the weekly recitation of the Apostles’ Creed. We embrace the truth that all that we have comes from God in the weekly giving of our tithes and offerings.

Linebrook Church’s musical style is grounded in the hymnody of the church as well as offering some solid contemporary musical pieces. Learn more about our music here!

Childcare is available during the service.

We are fortunate to have, as needed, a deaf interpreter to minister to those who are hearing impaired (please contact us ahead of time so we can accommodate you!).

On the first Sunday of each month, we celebrate communion and welcome to the Lord’s Table for any persons who present themselves as followers of Christ whether or not they are members of this church. On that Sunday, a special offering is taken for a local or international missionary or mission. In this manner, Linebrook Church seeks to promote a vision that extends beyond those who gather each week as it reaches out to those in need.
